The opportunity

Inbound Client Support is a welcoming first point of contact for SalonStreets users. You will help people understand account access, salon discovery, booking steps and client portal features. Salon owners may also need help finding the right team for membership or product questions. The role combines empathy, accurate information and careful follow-through. You will keep the conversation clear even when a customer is frustrated or unfamiliar with the platform. A good experience ends with the customer understanding what happens next.

Your responsibilities

Answer assigned incoming calls, messages and support tickets through approved channels. Confirm the customer’s identity when a request involves private account information. Explain routine account, listing, booking and check-in steps using current help resources. Route technical, billing and business questions to the appropriate authorized team. Record the request, any commitments and the result in the support system. Follow up on open questions and share recurring themes that could improve customer guidance.

What you bring

Bring a patient communication style and a commitment to treating every caller with respect. Experience in salon reception, hospitality, retail service or a contact center is helpful. Entry-level candidates may be considered when they can show reliability and a willingness to learn. You should be comfortable typing notes while using browser-based tools and following a support process. Clear writing, attentive listening and responsible handling of personal information are essential. Available shifts, training hours and any evening or weekend coverage will be confirmed during hiring.

Proposed pay, benefits & growth

The proposed hourly range is $19 to $27, depending on relevant experience and the approved responsibilities. Candidates entering customer support may be considered toward the lower portion of the range. Candidates with strong contact-center, salon reception or service recovery experience may be considered toward the upper portion. Proposed benefits include paid onboarding, ongoing coaching, selected Salon Institute learning and paid time off for eligible employees. Work equipment, any health coverage and scheduling arrangements will be explained in the final offer. Employment classification, paid hours and benefit eligibility depend on the final role and location.
