The opportunity
The Regional Sales Director leads SalonStreets growth across an assigned group of markets. You will translate company priorities into a practical territory and partner development plan. The role centers on coaching people, strengthening sales execution and building trust with salon businesses. You will help the team understand membership value and communicate pricing accurately. Close collaboration with marketing, onboarding and support will keep new owner expectations aligned with service delivery. Your leadership should produce consistent progress while protecting the long-term customer relationship.
Your responsibilities
Build regional account priorities, territory coverage and a realistic pipeline review process. Recruit and coach business development representatives as headcount is approved. Join important owner conversations and help the team handle objections with accurate information. Review activity, conversion, retention and revenue measures using reliable company records. Coordinate local events, partner introductions and sales materials with the marketing team. Escalate product issues, forecast risks and service gaps early so the appropriate teams can act.
What you bring
Bring at least five years of relevant business-to-business sales experience and two years of team leadership. A record of coaching representatives and improving a measurable sales process is especially valuable. You should be able to build a forecast, explain its assumptions and adjust it when evidence changes. Experience serving independent businesses, software customers, local advertisers or the beauty sector is helpful. Strong judgment, respectful feedback and careful handling of customer and employee information are essential. Regional travel, schedule expectations and any required driving arrangements will be discussed during the hiring process.
Proposed pay, benefits & growth
The proposed annual base range is $85,000 to $125,000, plus a performance incentive defined in the written offer. Candidates meeting the core leadership requirements may be considered toward the lower portion of the range. Candidates with broader regional responsibility and a sustained coaching record may be considered toward the upper portion. Proposed benefits include paid onboarding, leadership development, selected Salon Institute learning and paid time off for eligible employees. Approved travel reimbursement, work equipment and any health coverage will be detailed before acceptance. Final compensation, incentive measures, employment classification and benefit eligibility depend on the approved role, location and offer.
