The opportunity
Telesales Support introduces salon owners to SalonStreets through helpful and respectful conversations. You will contact appropriate business prospects using approved lists and outreach procedures. The goal is to understand whether an owner wants more information and arrange the right follow-up. You will explain the platform at a practical level and avoid promises that the company has not approved. This role is well suited to someone who enjoys listening, staying organized and learning from coaching. It can provide a path into business development or account support as experience grows.
Your responsibilities
Make assigned outreach calls and respond to owner questions using current approved materials. Confirm basic business details and record the owner’s needs accurately. Schedule demonstrations or return calls for interested prospects and confirm the next step. Respect do-not-contact requests and follow the company’s consent and calling procedures. Keep accurate notes in the customer relationship system and avoid unnecessary collection of personal information. Share common questions and objections with the team so scripts and training can improve.
What you bring
Bring clear spoken communication, reliable follow-through and a professional phone manner. Previous appointment setting, customer service or telephone sales experience is helpful but may not be required for an entry-level opening. You should be comfortable using a headset, browser-based tools and a simple contact management system. Strong candidates can listen without interrupting and explain an offer without pressuring the owner. Accurate typing, time management and openness to feedback are important. The final schedule, workspace requirements and training arrangements will be discussed during hiring.
Proposed pay, benefits & growth
The proposed hourly range is $19 to $26, with any incentive formula supplied in the written offer. Applicants starting their first outreach role may be considered toward the lower portion of the range. Applicants with demonstrated appointment-setting quality and relevant experience may be considered toward the upper portion. Proposed benefits include paid training, coaching, selected Salon Institute learning and paid time off for eligible employees. Equipment, scheduling flexibility and any health coverage will be confirmed for the specific opening. Employment classification, incentive eligibility and benefits depend on the approved hours, location and final offer.
